Fantasia’s Ex Files for Full Custody Of Her 13-Year-Old Daughter

A woman's worst nightmare. Fantasia's daughter's father has filed for full custody of her child and hopes to also receive child support.

Now 13 years later, Brandel has filed a lawsuit in North Carolina asking for full custody in an attempt to get child support from the singer. Mr. Shouse had very little personal contact with Zion and has provided no financial support for her. The case will not be heard until 2015. 
Good luck to him though , you can't be an absent father for 13 years then expect custody

Here we are weeks after the most talked about events held in Monrovia, the Wiz Kid and Timaya show, sponsored by Sound City and Novaphone .
